This policy covers the mailsendit.com website and the Send It review request email service. Both are run by Optimiz Local, part of CorInteractive Digital Marketing ("we," "us").

This website

mailsendit.com has no forms and no accounts. We do not ask you for personal information here.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages they view and which buttons they tap. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects details like your browser, device, approximate location, and pages visited. We use this only to improve the site. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data, such as IP address, to deliver pages and protect against attacks.

Buttons that say "Get set up" take you to optimizlocal.com. Information you share there is covered by that site.

Review request emails

Businesses that use Send It give us a list of their customers so we can send a review request on their behalf. The business is in charge of that list. We act as their service provider.

• What we receive: customer first name, email address, and date of service. Sometimes other columns come along in a business's export. We discard them.
• What we use it for: sending that business's review request emails. Nothing else.
• What we do not do: we do not sell customer lists, share them with other businesses, or use them for our own marketing.
• No open tracking: our emails do not contain tracking pixels. We may count clicks on the review button so we can report results to the business.
• Unsubscribing: every email has an unsubscribe link and supports one-click unsubscribe. We honor opt-outs right away.
• Who helps us: we use an email delivery provider and a hosting provider to send and store this data. They may only use it to provide their service to us.

Keeping data safe

We limit access to customer lists to the people who run the service, and we keep data only as long as we need it to provide the service or as the business directs.
